Leo brought a grumpy toad for his school presentation.
When he opened his lunchbox, the toad hopped directly onto the bald head of his teacher.
The class gasped.
The teacher froze.
Then, the toad croaked loudly.
Leo giggled. “I totally did not train him to do that!”
Soon, the entire room erupted in laughter.
The teacher smiled, carefully removing the amphibian. “Well,” he chuckled, “that is certainly more interesting than a watch.”
The class erupted in more laughter!
Leo got a perfect score for spontaneous biology, and the toad became the official class mascot. It was truly the absolute best Friday of his entire life.
